Mobilizing Electronic Subscription Documents
for Alternative Investment Offerings

We are excited to announce that Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has joined the +SUBSCRIBE® platform — with the goal of providing an innovative digital experience for investor onboarding, electronic subscription documents, and order workflows to their investors.

+SUBSCRIBE provides institutional investors, fund managers, and service providers with the alternative investment industry’s leading order management system for alternative product transactions. The platform services include reusable universal investor profiles, eSubDocs, centralized order workflow, and data integrations with all stakeholders – delivered through an open-architecture, API based, and inter-operating system.

The +SUBSCRIBE platform will provide financial advisors and their clients with access to the NB Crossroads Private Markets Access Fund (the “NB Access Fund”).  Launched in January 2021, the NB Access Fund is a 1933 and 1940 Act registered, continually offered closed-end fund designed to provide increased access to private equity investments to a broader group of investors than traditional private equity funds. The NB Access Fund invests across a variety of private equity sponsors, industries, geographies, market caps and vintage years. Its portfolio of private markets investments includes direct co-investments and secondary investments alongside top-tier private equity general partners.
