Marking the first initiative of the partnership, Declaration deployed the SUBSCRIBE platform to support their fundraise and successfully close their inaugural real estate fund with approximately $240 million of commitments. SUBSCRIBE delivered an entirely digital workflow for LP onboarding, fund subscriptions, and order workflows – while also centralizing the Fund’s legal and administrative service providers in a single venue.
